We have never been asked to turn over any data from our server(s) (we wouldn't have much to give anyway!)

We have never installed any type of monitoring or tracking utilities at anyone's request.

We have never deliberately compromised any user's privacy or security.

A wise user would pay close attention to this page for changes or its absence, and maybe even save a cached version offline for reference.

Note to law enforcement: It is our sincere hope that each of our users behaves civillay, respectfully, and legally. Unfortunately, the nature of the internet and a service like this virtually ensures that at some point somebody will not. Chat logs are not stored on our server(s) and all chats are encrypted via standard HTTPS/TLS, nor do we have any way to oversee or read any chats in real time.
